Preheat oven to 350F. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. In a larger bowl, combine all wet ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed. Add dry ingredients to wet; stir. Dough should look flour-dusted; don’t over-mix. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet and press cookies down gently with fork. Bake for 10-11 minutes.
